长距离输水工程自动化控制系统设计

Design of automatic control system for long-distance water conveyance project

摘要: 文章简要介绍了山西朔州南阳坡煤业有限公司五家沟至南阳坡输水工程的工艺系统。在此基础上,详细论证了自动化控制系统的设计选型、结构以及系统的可靠性设计。结合长距离输水工艺特点,详细论述了控制系统的全局预览、压力自动调节、水位联锁保护、自动排泥、抗水击保护、管路检漏等六大功能。在论述压力自动调节过程中,引入了低值选择器功能模块的概念,利用低信号选择器对输入信号进行选择输出,对排水泵进、出口压力实行自动调节。

Abstract: In this paper, the technological process system of Wujiagou to Nanyangpo water conveyance project of Nanyangpo coal industry Co. LTD.was briefly introduced.On this basis, the design selection, structure and reliability design of the automatic control system were demonstrated in detail.Six major functions,which were global preview, pressure automatic adjustment, water level automatic interlock protection, automatic mud removing, water hammer protection and pipeline leak detection of the control system were discussed in detail combined with the long-distance water conveyance process characteristics.In the discussion of pressure automatic adjustment, the concept of low-value selector functional module was introduced, which could selectively output low-value signals from all the input signals in order to realize the automatic adjustment of drainage pump inlet and outlet pressure.
